Xwift, a specialist in fast transport and distribution activities within the EU, grew exponentially in 10 years.
Via the ESF project “Training within companies”, Xwift wants to continue this growth with its training project “Rapid growth for employees in fast transport”.
This training project focuses on greater job satisfaction among our employees. Employees indicated that this is not always the case via various formal and informal channels. The high turnover in our organization, which is typical for the sector, also demonstrates this. By strengthening the employees in their digital skills and their soft skills, the organization can take further steps towards engaged and happy employees who are proud of their job. Through this project, which is financially supported by the ESF with Flemish and European resources, the aim is to promote and make the competences of workers in Flanders visible.
