Job description
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support and expand our financial department.
You supplement this with monitoring payment reminders + follow-up. For this we are looking for a real go-getter who can respond empathetically, but also bring out the pitbull in himself/herself.
Profile
Our preference is for a junior profile, a graduate or someone with a first experience.
Requirements: knowledge of MS Office, discrete, accurate, stress resistant, communicative, ...
For this position we are mainly looking for someone who dares to take initiative, who can work in a team and who dares to question processes. On the other hand, you are also satisfied with the executive tasks associated with the position.
You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English because “Xwift goes international”.
Knowledge or experience of Exact online is an extra plus.

To replace a colleague, we are looking for a commercial employee to complete the planning department.
You are responsible for direct contact with customers who place orders or request quotes. Questions can be answered very quickly from our efficient and modern system.
In addition, thanks to your numerical skills, you work out correct calculations and in this way you process orders from customers that arrive via e-mail.
You work closely with 3 dispatchers who are responsible for the daily planning. You have an indispensable supporting role in this. In addition to contact with customers, you often hear the drivers passing on information and an update on their journey.

General requirements
• Driving license C is necessary. Driving license CE is a plus.
• Experience and/or interest in Moffett is an asset (higher pay).
• You are flexible.
• You have no problem staying overnight in the truck for a maximum of 3 to 5 nights per month.
• You have a well-groomed appearance.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch.
• You live in the province of East Flanders, West Flanders, Antwerp or Flemish Brabant.
• It is a necessity to be in possession of a medical certificate, electronic driver card and certificates of professional competence (code 95).
